Empowering Teens for Kingdom Ministry
Presented by Christian Dunn. Youth ministry is difficult because there are so many important “pedals” to be pushing and balancing. How can you create a culture that encourages worship, prayer ministry, hearing God’s voice, and “kingdom moments” in the midst of everything else like building relationships, having fun, and sharing life together? None of us has all of the answers, but let’s talk about some of the things that have worked.
Christian Dunn is the youth pastor at the Barn Vineyard Church in Landenberg PA. He lives in PA with his wife and four kids (two of who are teens already!). He has been working with young people for close to 20 years, and has a passion for seeing teens find their own passionate walk with Jesus, discover their unique identity in Him, and be empowered to use their gifts and talents for Jesus. He has helped lead the East region youth for the past 10 years, and is currently serving as the VUSA Youth Leader working to network youth leaders in the Vineyard, and generate Vineyard-based youth content.
